Accessing information
The Right to Information provides new options for accessing information about the Commission, including the Commission’s publication scheme and disclosure log.
The following options are available for accessing information about the Commission:
- the Commission’s publication scheme
- the Commission’s disclosure log
- the Commission’s existing administrative release processes
- contacting the Commission for further information
- making a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 Act or the Information Privacy Act
Some documents are currently only available as PDF. Should you have difficulty accessing this information please contact the Right to Information co-ordinator, who will endeavour to meet any reasonable request for an alternate version of the document without charge.
