New review: Trusts Act 1973

On 31 January 2012, the Commission received terms of reference to review the Trusts Act 1973. The Commission proposes to release a Discussion Paper, calling for formal submissions on the issues raised in the review, later in 2012. However, as part of its preliminary consultation process, the Commission would welcome the views of individuals and organisations about issues that should be addressed in the review.
