Make a submission
You are invited to make comments and submissions on the issues and on proposals mentioned in the Issues Papers, Discussion Papers and Working Papers of the Commission. Each of these publications identifies the relevant closing date for the receipt of submissions. It would be helpful if comments and submissions addressed specific issues or preliminary recommendations in the Commission's Paper.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide in a submission in relation to a particular review is collected only for the purpose of undertaking the review under the Law Reform Commission Act 1968 (Qld).
Unless you indicate otherwise, the Commission may refer to and disclose details of some or all of your submission in future publications for the review. Further, those publications may include an appendix listing the names of those people who have made submissions.
Please indicate clearly if one or more of the following apply:
- you do not want your submission or part of your submission to be referred to in a future publication;
- you do not want to be identified by name if your submission is referred to in a future publication;
- you do not want your name to be included in an appendix in a future publication.
