The Queensland Law Reform Commission is an independent statutory body which undertakes research and provides recommendations to reform the laws of Queensland on topics selected by the Attorney-General.
During a law reform review QLRC publish one or more working papers which contain potential options for reform or provide an analysis of the law under review.
