Nominate law reform topics

We are committed to creating a fair, modern and accessible legal framework for Queensland through practical and innovative law reform.

We review and make recommendations on law reform topics referred to us by the Attorney-General of Queensland. To assist the Attorney-General to identify suitable topics for future review, we consulted broadly to inform the development of a proposed law reform program for 2026–2030.

Thank you to everyone who contributed suggestions and submissions during our consultation on this proposed law reform program. Community feedback is vital in informing future law reform priorities. We are finalising the program and look forward to publishing it on this page soon.
