Publications

The Commission produces a range of publications including:

• Final Reports which are tabled in parliament following the completion of a review
• Review documents, like Consultation Papers, Background Papers and Research Reports, which are published during a review and seek feedback from the Community, set out our research or contain questions or potential options for reform
• Annual Reports, and
• Strategic Plans

Before 2007, the Commission also published Miscellaneous Papers which were published during or at the end of a review to assist in understanding the work of the Commission.

The Commission is committed to maintaining public access to its work and all past reports and recent consultation papers are available here.
