You can pay for and pick up copies of publications in person at the Commission’s office at:

Reports and Working Papers can be purchased from the Commission in hardcopy or CD formats.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque, money order and cash. Unfortunately the Commission can not accept payments by credit card at this time. Please make cheques payable to the Queensland Law Reform Commission.

Written requests should include:
- your name
- your address for postal deliveries
- the series and number of the publications you require (eg “Working Paper 20”)
- the number of copies of each publication required
- payment by cheque or money order (including payment for postal charges).
Costing Schedule for Publications
The Commission has standardised its fees and charges for reports and working papers and are as follows:
- $16.60 for a small publication
- $26.70 for a medium publication
- $44.75 for a large publication
- $23.40 for a CD ROM.
Please refer to the publication list to identify the size of the publication that you require.
Postage and Handling for all publications (reports, working papers and miscellaneous papers)
Postage and Handling of a single volume hardcopy report is charged at:
- $11.00 per item within Australia
- $31.35 within the Asia/Pacific region
- $47.40 for the rest of the world.
Postage and Handling of a two-volume hardcopy report is charged at:
- $16.60 per item within Australia
- $54.75 within the Asia/Pacific region
- $78.65 for the rest of the world.
Postage and handling of a CD version of a report is charged at:
- $6.30 per item within Australia
- $11.00 within the Asia/Pacific region and the rest of the world.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
